Hello all,

I just had a quick look at a table someone is working on and she's having problems with it. It's Word 97, a 3 column table. It's not broken up into many rows, so she's got these long columns. When printing, it doesn't print the bottom of the table, which should break onto the next page, I presume.

It disappears when accessing the last few lines in the chopped off para at the end.

Maybe decrease the sized of the top and bottom margins?
File>Page Setup

Tried that...and upon doing so, the text in the bottom of was "Swallowed up" .... almost like a text box just moving up and covering it up. (No text box)

Make sure in Table Properties, Row, that the row is allowed to break across pages.
