Hi Folks,

I have a form (you may have heard) with many questions followed by three checkboxes in columns labeled Yes, No and N/A. The design of the form sucks, I know, but it can't be changed at this point.

My question is - can anything be done to ensure the user only selects one check box of the three available on a given row?

NOTE: The form in question is already a very large file, so if the solution is going to add greatly to the file size, I probably can't use it.

Therefore, friends, I'm sort of looking for a short answer (Yes, it would involve putting a conditional formula in each checkbox and referencing the other checkboxes...) as opposed to anyone writing three pages of code that might not be used.

As always, thanks!
Tim

Instead of writing code for each of the checkboxs, create a frame on eachline and display inside each frame three radiobuttons rather than checkboxes.

No coding this way!

Cheers

Matthew

Ooooooo, frames....yuk. But considering your situation, perhaps that is the only thing you can do.
