I have one user in my environment that when the user prints only from word a message is displayed on an HP4000n printer. “Manually Feed Letter”. I can print to any other printer on the network and it works fine. I can also print from any other application to the printer the printer will print fine but in word it will say “Manually Feed Letter” I have deleted the printer re-added the printer. I still am getting the same error message.

Hi magbag,
You could try this: in the Print dialog box, click Options. In Default Tray, make sure the selection is other than Manual feed.
