Word - page number

Is there any way to insert Section Page No. and Total Page No. independently under a same document?

Which means: e.g.
in the header: Section Page 1 of 6
in the footer: Total Page 34 of 209

my problem is the page field codes (1 & 34 as above) under the same page always show the same number.
