I have recently produced a small Access system and today I have set up a Mail Merge document in Word that gets the Data from an Access Query.
Although the query finds three recipients when I print the Word document only one prints.
I looked at the table in Word and all three have their selection boxes confirmed ie. X.
I must be missing something obvious!
