I need help removing a "nexus" if this is the right word.
It consists of many little squares gray color, all over the page. This did not exist and now if i open a doc it has now this "background".
In print preview it do not show up, and it is not printed.

Can you help me remove this?
Tnx

Select Bacground from the Format menu, and choose "No Fill".

It is set to No Fill and the gray squares are still there. Something that might help. By setting a background it applies to the whole page. This i am talking about fills only the margins of the printed area. You know; the space horizontally and vertically at the white of the rulers.

Hope i am safer, + sorry for the english

Somehow it become default. These squares appear at every page (not at print preview) either when i load an existing doc or i create one new.

Hi TipGiver,

I suspect you have the drawing grid showing.

Select Draw > Grid from the Drawing Toolbar (you might have to show it first - right click on any toolbar and select Drawing)

In the Dialog, UNcheck "Display Grid Lines on Screen"

Enjoy,
Tony
