Word --> Mail Merge with Access, Don't Repeat Data

Hi again,

I have a report that looks really good in MS Word (I used Mail Merge and created a Catalog Template) However I want to do two more things:

1) Right now the report outputs

«CompanyName»
«Merge Record #» > «Street_Address» «Contact_Name»

However, I only want it to Output Company Name Once Per Match so that it would look like

Company1
1 > Address1 Contact1
2 > Address2 Contact2

Company2
3 > Address3 Contact3
4 > Address4 Contact4

etc

2) I would also *like* to number each record per company instead of overall. Example

Company1
1 > Address1 Contact1
2 > Address2 Contact2

Company2
1 > Address3 Contact3
2 > Address4 Contact4

Any help on either problem??? Thanx

Maybe I can somehow right the sql query differntly so Word will only have the data to print once? Any ideas
