Word embedded Visio drawing does not print

Have a Word document with an embedded Visio drawing. When doing print preview, the Visio drawing is displayed. But when printing, the Visio drawing portion of the document does not print; instead it leaves a blank space.

Office XP/Windows XP - W2K Print Server

Any ideas? TIA

Hi,

Look at your Print Options in the Print Window and be sure that you are specifying to include Drawing Objects.

That option is checked (by default), but still having the problem.

Skip, as noted in the original post, yes it does show up correctly in Print Preview.
