I'm trying to copy text into MS Word and have it adopt the default font setting that is set in Word. Is this possible? (I'm using Word 2003)
The text that is being copied in is coming from an application that has multiple fonts and when I copy it into Word right now those fonts come with it (usually what you would want). BUT, in this case I want all the text to be changed automatically to a Courier New font. Manually I could "Ctrl+A" to select all and then change the font on the toolbar; However this is a process that many other people are going to be performing and I was hoping there was a way Word could do this for them.
The only other solution I've been able to come up with is to write a macro that the users would just have to click and it would do it but I was just hoping there was a setting within Word that would do it automatically.
thanks.
