Word Attachments in GroupWise 6

I have a user that has difficulty sending Word attachments in GroupWise 6. The message just will not go. However, he can send other attachments w/o difficulty. This problem didn't show up until we loaded GW 6 and upgraded him to Office 2000.

I am having the same problem with a user trying to attach PowerPoint files. I re-installed her desktop client and she seems to be working fine now. We are running GroupWise 6 with sp2 on the client
