Word and Outlook Hiding Content 1

Hello,

I'm having a funny issue where a user writes an email in Outlook 2003 (using Word as the editor) and then sends the email on. The person who receives the email is unable to see anything in the body, but if they click reply or forward the text then appears in the body.

Also, if the user turns on 'Show/Hide' editing feature in Outlook they can see the text in the body.

When in Word 2003 the user paste text into a document they can't see the text that was pasted unless they turn on 'Show/Hide'.

Does anyone know a fix for this problem?

uncheck Hidden
