I have a 2000 File Server with AD installed. There is no other software installed except Symantec Antivirus Corp Ed 8.1. When users open Word documents the temp file Word creates is not deleted. When the next person tries to open the same document it makes it read only because the Temp file is still there. This happens to every document. Has anyone else seen this?

Word and Excel Temp Files Do Not Delete??
