Word 97 Mail Recipient Greyed Out

Hi

Wondering if anyone could help, I have user running NT4.0 with Office 97 installed, the problem is that in MS Word they want to email directly from word but Mail Recipient option is greyed out, they are navigating to:

File, Send To

I have tried a mail recipient exe fix but it works until the user logs on again, when they logon the option is greyed out

I would just place the fix into the startup group but there is an ok message to click which is an annoyance for the user

I would be very grateful if anyone could help

Go to Start, Run, type win.ini and under [Mail] section make sure it looks like this:

[Mail]
MAPI=1
MAPIX=1

If not Edit and Save.
