Word 2003 Min/Max buttons

I noticed that when you open Word by itself the min and max and close buttons are in the top right hand corner, but if I open a word document, the only button there is the "X" close button. Was this feature removed for Word 2003?

Found it. Tools>Options>Uncheck "Windows In Taskbar"
