When numbering pages for printing purposes, in the print preview they show up properly (Page 1 of 3, Page 2 of 3. etc.) but when actual printing begins they print out as Page 1 of 1, Page 2 of 2, etc.

When we go into the Print preview screen, the page numbers show up properly and if we print directly from the preview screen it prints correctly.

Anybody ever seen this and if so, is there a fix for it?

I find that ticking the 'Update fields' on the Print tab of Tools Options usually solves these sorts of issues.
