I have a user who has created a word document in the office 2000 suite, and who now wants to update this document with office 2003.

It contains a table with some jpegs inserted, and when you open the doc in 2003 the layout is all screwed up. The jpegs no longer align to the table.

Are there any solutions?

They sit halfway out of the table, down the document

Halfway out????? So they are not in the table at all? Have they been resized? When you select them (so you can see the handles), is there a little anchor showing,

This assumes you have Sjow/Hide on. If you do not, turn it on.
