Everytime I try to print an envelope using Word 2000 envelope tool and a special font (which I need to use), the addresses are indented way too far to the right. Which makes the recipient address print all the way to the edge and sometimes off the envelope. I am using Win 2000 OS, Word 2000, and HP OfficeJet 1150c printer. Can someone please help me out?

EDIT: I have played with all of the settings in the options tab, nothing seems to work.

But other fonts print correctly? What does it look like on print preview? How about changing your left hand margin?

The arial font is fine. Have not tried any other except Shelly Volante. Let me clarify one thing, it's not me that actually has the problem, it is my boss. I did however go to his computer and try to troubleshoot the problem. He insists that he uses the Shelly Volante font and the envelope tool. He has already made a template but says that that is not a solution, just another problem. I changed every margin setting that I could and nothing. I even tried to put in a negative number but it would not let me. I just changed his OS from Win ME to Win 2000. He said when he had ME, it worked fine. But he had several other problems with ME so we had to change the OS.

I have created a template if you want it. It WILL work if directions (which I'll include) are followed for placing it on his PC AND if the correct printer driver is being used.

You can email me for it: Anne@TheOfficeExperts.com Anne Troy
