Witness Recording system

Does anyone has an experiance on Witness call recording system. Our company is looking at deploying a call recording system in our call centre with Definity. While speaking to some of the industry experts, some of them voted for NICE recording system, Some of them Voted for e-Talk recording system & some for Witness, I have some experiance & info. for NICE & E-TALK but really don't know about the witness system. Does anyone uses this in your scenario & has some experiance on witness. I would appreciate some feedback - some good & some bad features of witness, so that I can make a comparision & present the same to take a call on these.

The NICE system is by far the best choice, based on reliability, quality and most of all the partnership between NICE & AVAYA which will insure that both you systems (the NICE solution & the DEFINITY) will work together now and in the future.
Besides if you're looking at a more inteligent way of interconnect between the two systems, the NICE solution because of the partnership with AVAYA REALLY understands the DEFINITY CTI protocols. No other supplier of Voice Recording kit has their R&D people talking to the R&D people at AVAYA. In the end that is way the investment you'll do now is done in the savest way
