is it possible to manipulate the datas in grid without useing tables, if so how ??.pls help

Nope, only tables, and their functional equivalents - cursors (including query results) and views can be used for a grid recordsource.

can you just explain me how to do that, what i have done is i have set child order and relational expression and link master,mean while iam unable to do with the sql queries, reply pls
