I'm attempting to set up my T Mobile Dash phone to wirelessly sync with my Exchange 2003 server. It looks like I have to set up my server to be capable of wireless synchronization. Can anyone explain exactly what I need to do to make sure my exchange server is set up for wireless sync?

I actually read through most of these articles and went through the process. I went in to Global Settings\Mobile Services in Exchange Manager and enabled everything under Exchange ActiveSync and Outlook Mobile Access. I also went in to exchange features in active directory and enabled Outlook Mobile Access for the particular user. When I go to set up activeSync on the device, it tells me to plug in the server address (it states that the server address should be the one I use for OWA). I plug that in and also my user name and password. When I try to sync, it tells me "Synchronization could not be completed. Try again later." I looked up the actual support code and it told me something about having a temporary internet issue. However I can browse to the internet from the device just fine.

Then you'll need to tweak things a little.

Exchange ActiveSync and Outlook Mobile Access errors occur when SSL or forms-based authentication is required for Exchange Server 2003

I would suggest going through that, but a caveat that you want to DISABLE FBA and SSL before you do it, then re-enable it when you're done.

I see. One thing I don't understand is that I did disable Form Authentication and SSL. Even after disabling both of them, I'd still get the same error.
