i am using an access point, avaya small office edition, spectalink, and two wireless phones (avaya 3616 and 3626) to test out the wireless phones over the network. however the problem pops up, when i switched both of the phone at the same time, it seems that there is a conflict somewhere, and the screens of my phones just freeze at checking code..., and it won't work until i restart my spectralink. anyone knows this?

commisioning, will be numbers of wireless phone, so i guess this situation is possible

Have they actually got the TFTP file to make them Avaya branded?
There is a coding which is 9 or 11 cant remember whats its over. If its 9 try 11 and if its 11 try 9.

Manager is not a suitable tftp server to get these phones running...

do u mean that i have to update the software, and where is the code supposed to be used?

You should be running the correct IP Office Build of spectralink code Download from

When installed and phone is updated you will see a IPO mode in the code.
