Has anyone heard of a wireless headset for a M2250 console or an adaptor so that a wireless headset can be used?
Also, is there a flashing light alert for an OSN set? The little light on Key 1 is just not enough to catch your attention.

our operator uses a CS55 plantronics on the 2250. its wireless and works well. a little costly but we got a discount at graybar

Back in Nov I asked about a wireless headset for a M2250 console and 1998XJ8 responded that their operator uses a CS55 Plantronics but when I set it up the console locked into Nite mode. What did I do wrong? Do I need a RJ11 adaptor? Do we have to use a handset lifter, too?

Classic :) Handset lifer? What handset?

Someone may solve this for you here, but the end-all answer will be at Plantronics: 800-544-4660 and just ask "What do I need to make my CS55 work on my M2250 Attendant Console"

Nobody knows more about what works well than they do.
