you seem to need WinZip to unpack the files.
winzip is not free but you can download a trial version thats good for a few weeks.
go to to download the winzip software.
After downloading follow instructions to load the winzip software then finally you should be able to double click the Pshop trial software and try it.

Probably because Phil Katz created what was to become the premier compression utility, but yes I've thought about that myself.
