winword.exe is not a valid 32 bit application

Hi,

My operating system is windows 2000 Server and MS-Office 2000 has been installed,from past 10days i am getting error, when ever i am starting microsoft word or microsoft excel like this " winword.exe is not a valid win 32 bit application for ms-word" and for excel "excel.exe is not a valid win32 bit application for excel" , please let me know how to solve the problem.

First thing I always tell people is to re-boot and see what happens. If that doesn't do it, re-insatll office. (Curious as to why your running office on a server?) Glen A. Johnson
