WINS 4.0 to 2k Server Replication

We have two offices connected via T1 frame circuit. Office A is running NT
Server 4.0, which is also the PDC for the company. Office B is running 2000
Server. Both server have WINS installed and the WINS databases are
configured to replicate with one another. We are currently recieving an
Event ID 4102 "The connection was aborted by the Remote WINS"

The few things that we found on Microsoft's support site talked about not
running RAS on the same machine as WINS. We are not running RAS on either
server, yet we still recieve the same error.

Any ideas on how to get WINS to replicate between a 4.0 and a 2k server?

I believe the push-pull replication is not set up correctly.

Also, re-apply latest SP on both NT4 and Win2K
