WinNT to 2000 Conversion with Netware

I am converting a WinNt4 workstation to Windows 2000 Server.The NT machine uses the standard Microsoft drivers to map a drive on a netware server. When I use the standard drivers included with Windows 2000 server I can remap the drive but I am getting permission problems when Applications try to access files on the mapped drive. How do I set up windows 2000 server to be exactly the same as the old winNT machine.
