Windstream sip trunks

Try this for the trunk settings
Name your trunk
Enter your outgoing CID
Under Outgoing settings-
Trunk name - whatever you choose to name it
PEER Details-
host=IP address of SIP gateway
type=friend
context=from-trunk
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
dtmfmode=auto
insecure=port,invite
relaxdtmf=yes
Incoming settings -
none
Registration string -
none
You’ll need to configure your outbound route(s) to use the new SIP trunk

Windstream delivers their sip trunking the same way Allstream does so I just used the IP trunk assistant and created an Allstream trunk and the parameters worked. Just needed the host IP they used on site. Peer details that worked for me are as follows:
host=192.168.2.2
type=peer
qualify=yes
insecure=port,invite
dtmfmode=rfc2833
disallow=all
context=from-trunk
allow=ulaw,alaw
trustrpid=yes
sendrpid=yes
