In my home office, I have a laptop hooked up to the internet via my cable modem. I downloaded from my corporate website the necessary files so I could access my OWA email account. I am running into a glitch with OWA. When trying to compose a new email I get a continuous message asking me to insert the MS Office 2000 SR1 Professional Disk so the DATA1PRO.MSI file can be installed. Since this laptop was sent to me, I don't have any disks. The computer continuously trys to load a file from this disk and configure it. After canceling the action as quick as I can about 10 times in a row. I will get a screen to compose an email. This is hardly efficient. Apparently this is a known glitch. I spoke the my systems administrator about it and he recommended the following: "if you have a copy of Office 2000 SR1, go a head and pop in the CD and it will go away. If not, do not worry about it as it does not affect the performance of OWA (though it is a little annoying). For more information you can read the following article:

After reading the article, it appears as if there is a way to resolve the issue but it is very short on details. Any advice?
