Windows XP pro migration and Printers

I am working on a Windows XP client migration (more than 8000 computers) I have already a Working Windows XP-image not problems. My questions is if you know maybe how to install the printers automatically on this computers or with the user profiles using a image ? or another option ?

And the XP Forum suggetion by dillinger99: thread779-581142 can be used either in the unattended install during the batch process, or subsequently as dillinger99 details.

Remember too that a lot can be accomplished if you are adding new users at the workstation through customization of the default user profile:
