Ok, my question is, can I prevent users from accessing the control panel using local group policy editor??? I did get the users deny access to the control panel but it also prevented administrators to access it.. I want to know if there is a way just to prevent regular users not administrators.. Thanks

Can you do anything with the access permissions of Control.exe. The GPO seems to be an all or nothing setting.
