Windows XP Network API

Hi All,

I need the windows XP api to netowrk settings.

I have a laptop that I use for home and work and the network settings at home are set to find an IP address automatically but my work goes though a proxy server. I need the API so that I can program a program to automatically set the setting to either one that I want to use.
