Windows XP BIOS upgrade need

After the installation of Windows XP, I started to get error message : AMLI: ACPI BIOS try to write to a wrong port...I went to the microsoft website and I found that this is a know error...and the solution is update my BIOS...my question is is any other solution? I am looking for the following BIOS:

The best place to start would be the motherboard manufactures website. Do you know what motherboard it has? If not try downloading this free utility from

http://www.belarc.com/

which should be able to tell you.
