My PC has been fine and then suddenely I'm getting the above bad pool caller with the stop0x000000c2 error. The PC will boot to safe mode fine and am now trying to work where when and how. Nothing has been changed and Saturday morning everything was fine. Turned the PC back on in the afternoon and wham, the above error started.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Kris

Fixed it.

AVG driver was the culprit.

Booted in using the Recovery Console and renamed the AVG folder in system32/drivers and voila, everything is working.

I checked and the folder showed a modified date of the saturday morning.

Thanks
