Quick question. What port do client computer access in order to receive windows updates. I'm running a WSUS server and I don't want users to click on the windows update icon under the start menu.

I'm planning on filtering out that port through my router. So any help would be great.

Thanks,
Anthony

Why not use a GPO to disable access to the windows update site.

Well that was simple enough. This wouldn't block those machines from getting updates through WSUS would it?

Thanks again this board rocks
