Windows Update Error

I have installed 2003 server on a compaq DL360 recently. It won't do the windows updates. I get to the page and it says that there is an error with my time or date. There is no error. I even have the server syncing with windows time server. I re-installed the OS and it still does the same thing. I have 2003 server on my laptop also. It does the windows updates fine.
I tried cleaning out the temp files and cookies and cache, resetting the ssl certificates...to no avail. Also lowered the security settings.
Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Never mind. I uninstalled the windows advanced security and it started working....why isn't their own security settings compatible with their darn updates...
