Windows Update Error

I am trying to run Windows Update on a Windows 2000 Pro SP4 computer and I get Website failed to open Error [Error number: 0x800A0005. I had just cleaned out a couple of SpyBot Viruses and when I ran TrendMicro's housecall it tells me that there are 66 Microsoft Windows Security Vulnerabilities but yet I can't seem to download them.

If both of these fail, download sp4 from here and just reinstall it. Then try updating as its possible some of the files were corrupted.
