Is this a fresh install or a re-install? What kind of drives are you using? Are your drives recognized in BIOS or by the RAID or SCSI controller (if that is what you have)? Are you trying to mount a RAID array? Do you need a special SCSI driver? Are you doing the "f6" and adding required drivers during Server2003 install? Are you using Dell's OpenManage tool for prepping?
