windows not starting, Urgent

Hi

Today I had installed MDAC2.8 version on my windows server.
After installing this I am getting the following error.

Hresult 8007000
Hresult 8002801c.
I am getting blank screen. I am not able to do anything on the desktop. Please help me.I am not able to perform
any action.

This may help...

When booting up tap F8 to get into safe mode, then do start -> run -> dxdiag. Under the "More Help" tab click on
override. Put in something low, like "60"

If you can't get into safemode, boot off the Win2000 Cd and choose the repair option, then choose to do a Fast Repair.
