This is an ongoing issue with my PC. For some unknown reason Windows Media Player 10 no longer had any files in the media library. Nothing I did resolved the problem so I rolled back to Media Player 9. All was well...until yesterday. Now there are no files in the media library. When I click on the media library button, nothing happens. I updated to MP 10 but that did nothing to correct the problem so I rolled back once again to MP9. Still nothing.
I can go to Now Playing, File, Open and highlight as many files as I like and have it play them but if I click the Media Library button...nothing. So frustrating!
I downloaded WinAmp and installed it. It works fine but I just don't like it as much as I do MP10...or MP9.
Any ideas????

When you click on the library tab, will it not open it at all? Or does it open it but not show any files?

Have you tried going to "view" on the menu bar, in there there is a line that says "GO TO" then choose library from there and see if it opens. But it doesn't make any sense not to open at all when clicking on the tab. You do have all the updates installed right?
