Windows Media Player 9 not showing any video clear

wmp 9 is not working properly. Whenever I play a video any online or on cd it does not show clear. Everyhting is orange or black. I have checked the acceleration and color settings. Looks ok to me.

Does anyone know what else I can check?

Update your codecs. Th K-Lite Codec packages are a very good and popular way to do this:
