windows me freezes

Hi, often when using my pc it will just freeze up with no way but to pull the plug out of the back to get it going again
Any idea why, any fix.?

Need more details what programs are you running? Lets start with have you dumped all of you internet files and cookies? Have you ran disk cleaner? have you defragged?
Have you check for spyware and have you scan you system for viruses?

Could be allot of things, but I would for overheating as one possible cause.
