Windows Me Driver Installation

The Windows Me New Hardware Installation Wizzard finds the correct driver for the Nikon 880 digital camera and hangs when the finish button is selected to install the driver.
I would appreciate any help in installing the driver

Do you have the driver disk inserted? Is it a DOS driver or a windows one? Do you have USB support enabled in BIOS and have you checked your motherboard manufacturers site for updated motherboard drivers, specifically related to USB support? Do you have any other devices on USB? Have you contacted Nikon about this? Cheers,
