Windows Key+E Not Working

I have a problem whereby my my windows key+e shortcut has ceased to function. I can still use the windows key+r and windows key+f to start the run and find command respectively, so a keyboard failure is out of the equation.

Can anyone please help?

So the 'E' key is ok?

Do both the Windows keys not work with 'E'?
