Windows installers keeps on running after windows repair

Hi !

I did a windows repair and right after windows installer keeps on starting as soon as I launch any program.

Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this problem ?

OK, I have installed SP3 and now everything seems fine...

I have problems opening links on almost every site I visit. Can you tell me what is wrong? I noticed this problem and tried to reinstall windows, but to no avail.
