Windows Installer Keeps Coming Up!

Hey,
Quick question...
Everytime I start one of these two applications (NG Wave or Registry Mechanic v5) when it loads up a windows installer box keeps popping up and says that it is installing microsft office 2003.
How can I stop this from loading everytime I run these applications?

Usally when that comes up it means that something is missing that it needs to install.

1. Do you have office 2003

2. If you do just let the installer run and then that should take care of it

3. If that dosent work I would use differnt programs

I had a similar problem, when i open my custom built application which doesn't use office, it keeped coming up with installing office and wouldn't go away. I unistalled Office and reinstalled. No more problem
