Windows Explorer errors 1

I am getting errors when I attempt to brows folders using Win Explorer. It delivers an App error 0x100016cf, then the debug message. It stops explorer and kills everything in the sys tray.

I ran AV, and hit MS site for patches and updates. Still does it. Just downloaded adaware, and spybot.

Any other suggestions?

adaware & Spybot came up with "alexa related" and a DSO exploit. They both claim to have fixed the problem.

Rebooted, explorer still generates error

Thanks that helped. The reboot after the adaware & spybot updates helped too.
