Windows Cannot Read the History of GPOs from the Registry

Hi,
I keep getting these event id 1000 logs - Windows Cannot read the history of GPOs from the registry, in event viewer daily. I have researched Microsoft to the extent that I found this knowledge base article
Followed this article word for word and the problem still exists. Has anyone had this issue and resolved it?
