Windows acting up after selecting Configure Server

When I go into Configure my Server, the mouse will start to act real jerky and it causes display blotches to trail the mouse. The only way to get it to stop is to hard boot the system. Everything else seems to run just fine. It only happens when I go into that. My system specs are:

Windows 2000 Advanced Server
ASUS TUSLC-2
PIII 733Mhz
512MB PC133Mhz
Nvidia TNT2 32MB Video Card
Realtek 10/100 PCI LAN Card <Not sure of the model offhand>
40X CD-ROM Drive
(2)WD 20GB 5400RPM Hard Drives
Mitsumi 1.44MB Floppy Drive
350W Power Supply
2 Internal Case Fans

I just recently built the system and all the parts tested fine prior to building. Anyone who has ideas as to why this is happening I would greatly appreciate it.

Do you have all the Service Packs installed? The type of mouse you have may have something to do with it.

Oh..and make sure you have the lastest drivers for your TNT video card.
