How (where) can I create a boot floppy? I do not have a CD to copy from.

If you have the Various Cab files on the Drive somewhere i.e. C;\win98 when it asks for the Cd just put in where the files are, if you don't have Access to them you are SOL

Also using 98 or 98 s.e. the easiest way i found was to go to start, settings, control panel. then to add/remove programs. you will see a tab in there that says create a start-up disk.
