Tektippy,

My OS is not NT it is windows 98 and it is not chinese version also.

Any other solution ... comment?

regards

hI ALL,

i still haven't found any solution for that error message.

Though, i copied the gdi32.dll and winspool.drv from my other pc and copied it in this pc. But sitll i get the same error.

Any solution? what is this error actually???

regards

I don't know....
Winspool.drv is related to printers and spooling print jobs
Ntdll.dll is a WinNT (WDM) kernel library component, probably related to port drivers.

Then the error seems to go on to indicate "what,why" it's failing;
msimg32.dll fie is linked to missing export gdi32.dll - GDIGradient

It may be as simple as you have a Print job que that failed and keeps trying to schedule the print job
Go into Printers folder, choose whatever Default printer and view the properties....
If there's nothing there to stop or delete, then
Try to uninstall and Re-install all Printers and related software..first in the Printers folder

Bottom line is you're going to have to hunt it down yourself
Here's a few M$ links that may help, or may only serve to confuse you further..

thanks mate,

Actually i un-instlled all the printers ... and still i get the same error.

Looks like it has a different source.

I really want to concentrate why and how it happend. I have some feeling that I installed FreshDevices User Interface tool and when i uninstal it i got that error ... But what I am thinking is there should be a solution for this ...

regards and many thanks

I just had a v similar problem on win98SE after installing Windows Media player 9, Office97 and a game called TouchPuf (!)
Not sure which one caused it, but it was FIXED BY overwriting c:\windows\system\msimg32.dll (size was 6kB, date Dec1999) with the correct 98/NT version of msimg32.dll (size 52kB, date 5May1999).
I found it on google by searching for 'msimg32.dll download' but you may be able to copy if from another PC or the windows CD..

Thanks guys,

And it is fixes.

Thanks for all the tips.

All the tips were valuables but 1stITMAN was the solution.
"check that nothing that should be running at startup
delete any files from startup using msconfig"

I started msconfig and realised that i had 10s of stuff i really didn't want and didn't know why they running. I diabled all and and repeated couple of times. Until that message gone!

Thanks 1stITMan, you are the legend!!

regads

and .... HAPPY NEW YEARS TO ALL ..!!
